Lease take over needed!

Hi! I’m looking for a couple to take over my lease ASAP in a modern apartment in Oxnard, right by The Collection at RiverPark.

Need someone ASAP – trying to fill before the next rent cycle.

Previously listed as a 2-person split, but we’ve found that splitting 3 ways makes the cost much more manageable.

Location: Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Target, movie theater, etc.
Rent: $2042/month total (WiFi + valet trash included) + $25 parking (secure garage)
Split 3 ways = approx. $1361–$1367 per person
Move-in: ASAP
Lease ends: February 2027

The Space:
Private bedroom + private bathroom
First-floor unit
In-unit laundry
Convenient moving room down the hall (makes moving furniture easy)

Two-story gym
Pool + hot tub
Rooftop deck with grills
Clubhouse
Work-from-home office spaces
Pub/lounge with pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball
Pet washing station

Pet-Friendly:
Pets allowed
ESA and service animals accommodated

Current Roommate:

You’d be living with one roommate who is clean, respectful, and easygoing.
They also have one dog who is very quiet and more of a couch potato 🐶

Bonus:

We have two couches we’re looking to get rid of if you need furniture 👀

Good Fit:

This setup works best for a couple — splitting rent three ways makes it much more affordable per person.

You must apply and be approved by the leasing office
This is a lease takeover (not a sublet)

Move-in Cost:

First month’s rent ($2042 total) due before move-in (can be split between occupants). After transfer, you’ll begin your own rent cycle.
