Private, unfurnished bedroom in sunny two story condo. Condo has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, two living rooms (one on each floor), dining room, kitchen, inside washer/dryer. It is located in RiverPark (Oxnard) and is in walking distance to The Collection shopping mall in Oxnard (WholeFoods, Target, movie theater, gym, restaurants, etc:

No pets. No smoking/vaping, no drugs of any kind including recreational drugs, no excess drinking. Looking for a clean and responsible person.

Rent is $1100 which includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Plenty of free street parking. Garage parking is available and negotiable. We are hoping for a long​-term roommate but wish to start out month-to-month to confirm compatibility. First month’s rent and $1100 deposit to move in.

RiverPark is a safe and family friendly neighborhood with 6 parks, tennis courts, basketball field, walking/biking trails.

There is one dog and one cat in the condo. No more pets allowed.
We are one woman (40) who is a dog behaviorist and one woman (28) who is a psychotherapist We want a friendly, neat, and responsible female roommate.
