Wagon Wheel Town Homes Rental

Brand new, new construction property needs renter. House will be built in mid June with an anticipated move in around June 18th.

I have no photos at this time but please see the zillow ad below for what the model looks like.

I will provide all appliances and the majority of shared living space furniture, you will be responsible for furnishing your respective rooms. I will gladly consider you bringing any currently owned furniture. I have a ton of storage spaces around the house that anyone is free to use.

Couples can be considered for an additional cost , please reach out to me with your situation and we can discuss what the situation would look like.

Utilities will be inexpensive due to solar panels being included on the property and internet will be split evenly amongst the people living there (65 a month). All other utilites will be covered by me.
