I’m a personal trainer for over 20 years. Also a business owner of a wellness company. I’m a cool 😎 pretty laid back guy who is pretty darn clean and likeminded clean people only apply (don’t worry I’m not OCD) Just enjoy clean home 💪 I cook a few times a week, meal prep etc. I go to bed pretty early as I train in Los Angeles 3 times a week gone by 5:45 am. Other days I’m home training from 6 am - 11. Then I go to my office. So I work a lot.
