Large Master Bedroom for Rent w/Private Bathroom

Hi everyone! I am renting out a large master bedroom with a private, ensuite bathroom and private entrance. There is also a spacious walk-in closet. The room can come unfurnished or furnished. The house is located in a very quiet area in Newbury Park, just 5 minutes away from shopping centers and hiking trails. My roommate will have shared access to kitchen and common areas, as well as laundry. I am looking for a roommate who is quiet and respectful of other people's space. I'm an introvert so I would love another introvert as a roommate! I'm also looking for someone who is a working professional and works outside of the house regularly. No smoking or pets please.
