Room for rent in Newbury Park

The partially furnished room is approximately 8’ x 12’ and can be unfurnished if preferred. It features a curtain and beaded doorway for privacy. You’ll have access to the shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and on-site laundry.

We’re both in our 40s and value a relaxed, respectful living environment. Smoking is allowed outside only; there is no smoking indoors. We’re not a party house, but guests are welcome and we’re happy to have people over occasionally.

The location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop, easy access to the 101 freeway, and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials within walking distance or a short drive. Parking can be a little challanging at times, but we can go it when we meet. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, walking areas, and a BBQ area. Hiking, the Santa Monica Mountains, and Rancho Conejo Playfields are also nearby.
