Instead of renting one 10 × 10 bedroom, I am offering a bedroom plus an exclusive flex space. Enjoy approximately 200 square feet of personal living space, including a private furnished bedroom (100 square feet) and your own adjacent loft area. The loft is reserved exclusively for you and is ideal for working from home, reading, relaxing, yoga, hobbies, or watching television, or listening to music. While the loft is open to the hallway and another resident walks through the area to access their bedroom, the space is not shared and will be reserved solely for your use.

The private bedroom is a 10 X 12 room, with availability to hang your own T. V. Furnished room, Queen bed, 2 nightstands, two lamps, and ceiling fan. Built in custom closet with mirrored doors.

Shared extra-large bathroom (with a 30 something female professional) with dual sinks and dual storage. The bathroom will be cleaned by maid service twice a month, no extra charge for service.

The rent covers the internet, water, gas & electricity. The home has an in the home washer and dryer. The floors are hardwood lovely kitchen (stainless steel appliances) and backyard with BBQ, Jacuzzi, waterfall and outdoor fireplace.

The room is located on the second floor, which will require stepping up & down 12 stairs.

Access to community pool. Off street parking.

We are a professional couple with an English Bulldog, who keeps to herself. She cannot climb the stairs so she will never be in your personal space.
