Currently looking for 2 roommates to join a 3rd already living in the house. The owner limits the house to 3 renters at a time. Couples welcome. A couple would take the master bedroom with private bath, leaving the third bedroom open for storage/guest room. If two individuals, the current occupant will take the master and the two renters will take the second and third bedrooms with shared bath. Rent and utilities are split evenly. Currently rent is 1083/person and utilities average an additional $120/month. Kitchen/Fridge/Garage storage is shared between everyone. Living room and sunroom will be mostly unfurnished so there will be room for furniture. 2 cars fit in the driveway and street parking is plentiful.
House is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Moorpark. Neighbors are older and quiet. Looking for individuals who see their house as a place to relax and unwind and enjoy a quiet environment.
There are currently two cats at the house so there cannot be any additional pets added to the mix. They are very friendly and roam freely inside, so if cat allergies or shedding is an issue, this will likely not be a good fit.
