The large window has bamboo shades and sliding glass doors that open into a garden that has a seven foot latus fence with a jasmine vine whose flowers have a pleasant fragrance. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors. The fence gives privacy to both the garden and the living room. Attached to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen that has a stove with a conventional oven, an air fryer and a convection oven all built-in. The sink has a touch on and off faucet.
The kitchen window looks out onto a garden. There is also a table that sits four for meals. There are two tall racks in the kitchen to store dishes and staples.
There are Japanese rice screens in the room that create a peacefulness to this space. The room measures 25 feet by 14 feet. There is a vaulted ceiling that gives height to this unique space. There is mood lighting in the living room and gardens that light up in the evenings. There is an AC and heater also.
There are two separate bedrooms that are available to rent and a bathroom that separates the two rooms.
Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that look onto the gardens. One bedroom has a queen size bed with wood post. There is an oak dresser. There is also an Art Deco lamp that sits on the night stand. The second bedroom has a Chinese silk rug and no bed.
Tropical gardens surround this charming home.
The bathroom has a large shower with a Japanese stool and continuous hot water to enjoy that flows from a tankless water heater. The toilet has a bidet attached to it.
This loving home has much privacy and the neighbors are always quiet. It has an energetic calmness to it.
