Private downstairs bedroom with your own full bathroom available in a comfortable Camarillo condo. The bedroom is approximately 118 sq. ft. and is the only bedroom on the first floor, so you'll have considerably more privacy and separation than you would with a typical room rental.

You'll have access to the full shared kitchen, washer and dryer, common areas, and off-street parking with driveway/garage space available.

You would be sharing the home with two working professionals—one software engineer and one childcare professional. We're both non-smokers, don't use drugs, and keep a quiet, relaxed home. We're friendly and respectful but tend to keep to ourselves and value privacy and personal space.

We're looking for a clean, responsible, and considerate roommate who would enjoy a similarly peaceful living environment. This would be a particularly good fit for another working professional or someone looking for a comfortable home where everyone respects each other's space.
