A Real Life in a Happy Home

I think what is likely most significant to say here is that MOVING IS STRESSFUL and rated the foremost stressful event in anyone’s life. It is oftentimes more work, more time, more money than we calculate. It is back-breaking. It can be rough and tumble.

Beyond that, what you get here is a non-judgmental housemate spilling over with compassion who has seen the darkest corners of a lifetime and the most brilliant, sparkling magic raining down upon her. I respect everyone’s boundaries, I may be partly physically broken but mentally very present.

This is meant to feel like a real home where we can truly live how we need and wish.

If you really need a home, can be honest and forthright, we will get along famously. While I’m offering the best most private space in the home, if there is a parent-child situation, we can discuss switching so that you have the two smaller bedrooms and bathroom with tub and shower.

Having said that, this is life! Every day is important. I don’t like to waste time even though it typically includes planned rest time. I think the Europeans have it right with a shared meal and a beautiful siesta afterward. I would never force that upon anyone and frankly don’t practice it myself enough but I do respect the tradition. Without further ado . . . . .

Shared space includes furnished living room, dining room (which isn’t currently set up that way), kitchen inclusive of all appliances, large fenced-in backyard, 1/2 garage, guest room for short-term guests, reliable guard dog, additional dog considered, no felines please as my dog did not test well with cats.

Rent: $2000 plus @$225 for utilities
