My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to share my ground floor, upgraded 2B + 2BTH apartment with!

Located in the luxury University Glen area of Cal State Channel Islands, the apartment is clean and fully furnished other than your bedroom and bathroom (which will be professionally detailed prior to your move-in date).

Apartment has an in-unit W/D, central heat and AC, dishwasher, wood-style flooring, white quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, patio and gas range, large professionally mounted TV, etc.

Community has 3 different pools, 3 different gyms (open 24 hours), large park, great hiking, scenic mountain view, playground, basketball court, etc. No additional cost for parking - private garage available at extra cost to the management group.

This place is amazing - I absolutely love it up here (why I'm not moving and prefer to find a new roommate). 🙂

I'm an easy-going, clean, stable single guy in his early 40's. I'm looking for someone to renew the lease with.
