Roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to share my ground floor, upgraded 2B + 2BTH apartment with!

Located in the luxury University Glen area of Cal State Channel Islands. Apartment is fully furnished other than your bedroom and bathroom.

In-unit W/D, central heat and AC, dishwasher, wood-style flooring, white quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, patio and gas range (better for cooking)!

3 pools, 3 gyms (open 24 hours), large park, kids areas, basketball court, etc. No additional cost for parking - private garage available at extra cost.

This place is amazing - I absolutely love it up here (why I'm not moving and prefer to get an awesome new roommate). 🙂

I'm an easy-going, clean single guy in his early 40's - currently undergoing a career change. I have a sweet and mellow, middle-aged Himalayan cat named Barry. Looking for someone to share a one-year lease with.
