Spacious room - Camarillo home (utilities incl.)

We’re a friendly engaged couple with a beautiful two-story home in a quiet Camarillo neighborhood, and we’re looking to rent out our spacious upstairs bedroom. The room is bright, comfortable, and unfurnished — perfect if you have your own furniture and want to make it feel like home.

You’ll have access to the upstairs full bathroom, which will be your main bathroom (shared occasionally). The house has a large backyard, in-home laundry, and plenty of driveway and street parking. High-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi and all utilities (water, power, trash, and internet) are included in the rent.

We’re looking for a respectful, tidy, and easygoing renter — ideally a working professional or student. We keep our home clean and peaceful and are hoping to find someone who appreciates that vibe.

No smoking, drugs, or pets please.
Rent is $1,275/month, and the security deposit is $1,250.
