This open airy clean 2-bedroom Camarillo home is located next to a beautiful park and about 1-2 miles from the 101 freeway & shopping off of Springville or Los Posas exits. The medium-sized room is located at the front of the house with the bathroom and access to the laundry in the garage. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. My husband and I are very private people and prefer not to share the rest of the house or kitchen. The house is located at end of the cul-de-sac with beaches and amazing shopping nearby. Parking on the street. You must work a full-time job. We are quiet and private and want No drama, drugs or alcohol abuse or smoking. We have a 2 friendly obedient dogs. The lease will be month-to-month. $500 deposit required. Queen bed, dresser, frig, computer desk, and TV are provided. Wifi included.. We appreciate payment by cash or check each month. Please have references/referrals. We would consider renting unfurnished for long term rental 2+ years.
