Looking for new roommate at Andorra Apartments

Criteria:
Looking for a new roommate to move into a 1 bed 1 bath room.
Bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. Room is available as of March 27, 2023. No preference on gender, as long as the individual is at least somewhat tidy /clean and is considerate of the other roommate and getting along with others. Individual must be at least 21 years of age. Individual must be able to provide the posted amount of $1400 at the end of each month as payment for portion of total rent. Pets are allowed, dogs preferred over cats as I am slightly allergic to cats. No avian or reptilian pets.

About me:
I am a 28 year old Male who is an engineer for a local biotech company. Originally from San Diego, moved here to Camarillo about 1 year ago. Likes to go out and socialize, easy-going, enjoys video games, movies, and drinking on the weekends.

Apartment:
The apartment is already furnished for the kitchen and living room. You are welcome to bring your own things as well and incorporate it into the mutual living spaces. All items are available to the new roommate, as long as they are considerate of my stuff. Kitchen has many appliances, such as pots /pans, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, and blender. Living room has couch, mini bar, stool / seating, table, and a retro Ms. Pac-Man + Galaga joystick arcade cabinet.

Additional amenities:
Roommate will receive their own garage / parking spot that is included in the rent price. Apartment comes with own washer and drier. Wifi, electricity, gas will be covered by me. Only utilities that would be shared in included in the stated rent price, these include: garbage, water, and pest control. Apartment is very close to downtown Camarillo, close to freeway, and close to grocery stores and restaurants,
