Room available in cozy, clean house!

Hi. I have a bedroom available for rent. I'm a 34 year old female and have a tiny, hypoallergenic dog( she doesn't shed). I have a very clean house and would like a clean roommate. You'd have access to all common areas and can use my kitchen utensils if needed. Washer and dryer is in the garage. There are large mirrors installed on my garage wall which I use as a little workout area; you're welcoke. to use it too when my car is not parked in there. The garage is reserved for my vehicle only but there is plenty of parking directly in front of the property. Very nice backyard. I want this to be a comfortable place for those who are renting here, so there will be no guests allowed. This is the perfect place for a working professional who appreciates a quiet place to come home to. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet; I love going on walks and looking at all the cute properties around. About 5 minutes away from Kaweah Delta and the Mary's Vineyard is right around the corner (approximately 5 minutes to walk). Thr shopping center includes: various restaurants, Starbucks, savemart, CVS, a nail shop, as well as Wal Mart.
