Room for rent $650 utilities included

FRONT YARD I

Hello - I have 1 room for rent located in Visalia, CA 93277. Rent is $650 and includes all utilities. This house has close freeway access, and is close to shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and schools. The area is a very safe, suburban neighborhood, and throughout my 2.5 years living here, I have never experienced any problems. The neighbors are friendly and easy-going. Your rent will include: - Bedroom is large and spacious, has a front window, and closet space with double sliding doors - The bathroom is large, and will be shared with one other male - Full access to pool/patio/bbq area, and all main rooms such as kitchen & living room. - Kitchen has an electric stove (if you like to cook) and I have brand new fridge I can make space for your food - RE PARKING: I park in the garage, so the 2 roomies can park in the driveway and/or the street. There is usually no problem with street parking here, and it is safe. - RE UTILITIES: The following utilities will be included with rent: Electricity, Gas, Water, Trash/Sewer, and Internet. In addition, the following monthly services will be included with rent: House Cleaning, Gardening/Landscaping maintenance, and weekly Pool cleaning. I will require proof of full time job, or if you are a student who plans on using financial aid, I will need to see your award letter. I am not a party animal but I do keep some alcohol in the home, so you must be ok with that. No pets and no kids, and only 1 person per room. Regarding overnight guests- I am ok with it if not longer than a couple of nights. I am very easy-going and was raised in a large family so roommates are nothing new to me. Although we will have a house cleaning service, you should still clean up after yourself, and put your own dishes in the dishwasher, etc. Regarding the term, I am open to either month-to-month, or more (we can discuss, as I recognize that every situation is unique). Either male or female is ok (but please note that one bedroom has already been rented out to a male, so you will be sharing the bathroom with a 31yr old male medical student). Please note, I do not have a washer/dryer. I currently go to a laundromat. I will post pics of my home, but if you want to come by and look at the room, please email me or text/call. Move in date can be as early as June 5th!
