I stay home most of the time while my husband works. We have a tenant downstairs he never comes upstairs unless it’s Sunday to do laundry. Our tenant is a respectful older gentleman. We do background checks and a credit check. We have 2 indoor cats. No smoking we don’t party nor have many guests over. It’s a quiet neighborhood. We have an alarm system.
