Looking for Female Roommates (LGBTQ Friendly)

Hi All!

Utilities and Wifi included in rent.

I have two unfurnished 10x10 rooms with a shared bathroom available for rent (I generally use the bathroom in the master) in my 3br 2bath house. I am a thirty four year old woman looking for two female or LGBTQ roommates for my two rooms available between the ages of 25-45. I am okay renting both rooms to a single parent with children, if they rent both rooms. I'd also be happy, and prefer, to rent both rooms to a single person looking for an additional room for an office. In that case, you would have a private bathroom, except when there are guests. Otherwise, one person per room.

Overnight guests are okay. My boyfriend does not currently live with me, but spends the night often, is around often, and helps me maintain the home and yard. I stay at his house sometimes too.

Other considerations - I have two pets, a freeroam rabbit and cat. So no pets, unless they are a small pet, confined to the rented bedroom. I am also sober, so no drugs in the house. Alcohol in the house is not exactly prohibited, but I would prefer it to be kept to the rented room or kept to a minimum in common areas (for example, when we have guests is fine).

The living room situation - There is a living room, but I am slowly renovating (adding moulding, wallpaper, and paint) over the weekends so it is not currently furnished. I am renovating the dining room too, but there is a dining table. The house is a work in progress, but will look awesome when finished if you are here long enough!
