Rent is $700/month with a $700 deposit, and if you’re moving in mid-month, I’ll prorate the rent because I believe in fairness (and because I’d rather not do math for fun).

The room has brand-new laminate flooring and fresh paint, so it’s all set for someone who wants a fresh start in a tidy space. I am looking for a female roommate, or possibly a male who is the “G” in LBGT…

🐱 The true ruler of the house – A 15-year-old cat who takes her elderly status seriously. She loves people but will throw serious side-eye at any other animals, so unfortunately, no additional pets. If she approves of you, congratulations—you’re in. Pro tip: she takes treats as bribes.
