1 furnished room in our 3bd house. Can un-furnish

Looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom home. Property quiet in Rincon Valley. Tall fence keeps property more private. One bedroom available.

Please note: The little white mattress behind the bed in the pictures and that floor lamp is no longer there. (There is a table lamp instead)

ALL Utilities included: Currently there is a dish dvr with recordings. Feel free to bring smart tv and hook up to houses WiFi to stream (am deciding how I’m going to upgrade the TV experience. Had Dish Satelite but want to just use a couple streaming services going forward.. For now there are tons of shows and some movies to watch on DVR, can also hook up DVD player and have tons of movies) WiFi, PG&E, Water, Garbage. (Washer and Dryer in house)

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. The room currently includes the Queen bed, bookshelf, flatscreen Tv, Tv stand with more storage space, lamp and nightlight. Can un-furnish or partially furnish room as well. Closet with shelf. Bathroom two steps outside of your bedroom door.

We are kind, quiet and stick to ourselves. House is welcoming, peaceful and conducive to working lifestyles. .One parking space designated for you in driveway.

Bathroom is shared with one other bedroom. Bathroom is small but does have a shower and bathtub.

Good, quiet neighborhood. Close to creek path for walking/bike riding, dog park, Restaurants, Roundtable pizza, Los Molcajetes, Yogurt Time, Montgomery Village, Spring Lake, Oliver’s, Safeway, Lucky, 7/11, gas stations, bus lines, Five minutes to the freeway onramp for hwy 12 and 101.

I have kitchen/cooking/dining stuff already stocked in kitchen as I consider it for shared use. Feel free to bring more if you’d like.

I’m asking 1st month’s rent and a refundable deposit of $1000 at move in
