The bedrooms are 11x11, closet, queen sized bed, nightstand, computer table…. shared bathroom with one tenant for $1000 included all utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, and WiFi). Security deposit $1000 Month to Month lease minimum 3 months. 30 days notice.

Looking for only ONE SINGLE student or professional tenant each room who is clean and employed, has proof of income, good credit, pays rent on time all time . Work outside the house. Must be respectful and responsible and clean up after use .
