I am a quiet working professional seeking 2 quiet and clean roommates to share my beautiful spacious home in the hills of Vallejo. My yard is large and backs into an open space surrounded by nature. All utilities included parking space, a large food pantry, and some storage available in the garage. 10 minutes from Vallejo Ferry, 10 minutes from Downtown Benicia. My home is in the hills of Regents Park. I work from home two days a week and travel often. Room furnished or unfurnished is your choice! Beautiful views and serenity.

Shared common spaces are living room, family room, yard, garage, kitchen and large pantry. Also additional refrigerator in garage. Fully furnished home. All kitchen supplies are available for use.

I have one older dog named Tink, that does not shed and enjoys sunbathing in the yard while I am at work. Couples are welcome to apply, but it would require $1400 per person. The maximum number of people I want in the home, including myself, is 3. Single mothers are also welcomed. Newly renovated private 1 full bath and one-half bath. Move in date is negotiable sooner than January 1, 2023
