We seek a person with a full-time job and a daily commute; work-from-home arrangements are unavailable. The ideal tenant should be responsible, organized, trustworthy, respectful, drama-free, and committed to maintaining cleanliness.

My wife works as a district school teacher, and I work as a real estate broker.

No smoking, drinking, or partying is allowed, and overnight guests are strictly prohibited. Guests are permitted until 9 PM only.
