Room includes fully renovated modern one bdrm/one bath suite with a queen bed, wardrobe, desk, sitting chair, and table with two chairs. Kitchenette fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, coffee pot, microwave, electric burner, and pots and pans. Bathroom has a glass modern walk in shower. Garden Suite Room and front house tenants have a shared laundry space. Your entrance is the door leading into the shared laundry space where you will find two doors leading into each of the separate units. Patio is partially fenced in with table and chairs. Please note this is a room suite that is connected to the main house. You will occasionally hear front house tenants, room not sound proof. Thermostat set by front house tenants. Room includes ceiling fan/Heater depending on your needs. Cement Parking pad off of Placer st. available for one car to be parked. Close to downtown amenities, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, Sundial Bridge, and river trail.
