Great opportunity to have an office, workout/yoga room, extra space plus a bedroom.

This is a shared home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Last 2 pics are the extra room space. There are two extra rooms, one will be all yours the other we can decide how to use.

There is a big front yard and a patio off the back. There large storage as well. The home is just a bike ride to New Brighten or Capitola Beach, near Cabrillo and Soquel and Capitola Village.

I don't have a ton of pictures and the ones I took don't do it justice. The living room, dining room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Large hall closet for extra storage, washer and dryer. Your bedroom has a wall to wall huge closet. The office room looks out over the patio. There is lots of room for gardening too.

About me: I’m a retired nurse, in my early 50s, who is a quiet, friendly, clean, and respectful person. I enjoy Pilates, a calm atmosphere, friendly people. I rarely have people over, mostly just family. I'm sorry, no cats as I'm very allergic.

What I'm looking for: I am seeking a respectful and responsible individual who maintains a tidy living space and appreciates a similarly quiet lifestyle. Open communication and a healthy mindset are highly valued. Timely payment of rent and bills is essential. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, including no vaping.

Utilities split equally (electricity - house has solar but still some to pay). House has solar battery back up which is great when the power goes out in the area.
