Looking For a new housemate

My girlfriend and me are seeking a new housemate/housemates. We are a couple, I’m a man in my early 30’s and my girlfriend Taylor is in her 20’s. We are seeking either another couple or female roommate in a similar age range with a similarly relaxed and easy going personality to ours.
The renter will have a private room and full access to the rest of the house. Even though we own the house we treat any renter as an equal housemate when it comes to decisions and use of the shared living space’s. We have a washer and dryer, kitchen with a dishwasher and fully furnished living room, and we want you to feel like it’s just as much your home as it is ours. Your room isn’t furnished and is your space and we respect your privacy and boundaries and within reason you’re free to do whatever you want with that space.
Some fair warnings:
We both work in the restaurant industry so we do generally work late and stay up later than most. While we obviously do try to keep the shared living space’s clean we aren’t always the most cleanly so if you are a “neat freak” this might not be the best fit for you.
Also while we are very pet friendly we do already have 2 dogs and a cat so we’d have to work together to integrate any pets you have but we are happy to work with you to do so.

If these aren’t gonna be big problems for you then we’d love to hear from you. If they are then this might not be the place for you.
