I have 2 rooms available...

1920 Victorian fully restored up to code. No asbestos or lead. Newer electrical, copper plumbing updated waste lines, hardwood floors, fancy woodwork in oil paint, big living room with bay windows and a fireplace with a gas starter, custom front porch, solid core doors, Dutch back door and a big beam and arbor back deck.

The 2nd floor room has a dormer full of windows, very quiet with no common walls, 2 closets one with cedar floor and a stained-glass window the second one is very large with ample storage place.

The 2nd floor has a small living room with stained glass picture window and a operating skylight that acts as a window.

You would be sharing the cute jack and Jill bathroom with Michael K. Private entrance. Early 50s work in the wireless communication construction.

The second room is mainfloor with 2 window and southern exposure nobody overhead very quiet.

Extra large bathroom with double sinks and a adjacent water closet.

You would be sharing your bathroom with Kiera G. Late 20s a local florist.

Our house is on the corner of Seaside St/Bellevue St.

Parking is abundant, great neighbors, and the location is ideal.

No smoking within 10 feet of windows

Our house rules are pretty simple we do not have a maid or Gardner so we all chip in and do it ourselves

We have a great garden going in the back yard with tomatoes and whatnot.

House Bill's are $150/200 (daylight savings)
