Ground floor Bedroom in well cared for and updated home. Bedroom opens to a large common area with couch / entertainment and a wet bar that’s shared with a friendly female downstair housemate. You’ll also have access to the shared full kitchen upstairs. There’s a shared washer and dryer in garage. Dual pane windows provide a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. House comes equipped with clothes washer, dryer, shower, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stainless steel range & oven combo.

The upstairs has a m/f couple that rents 2 bedrooms, using one of them as an office. They do app development.. The third room upstairs is rented by a very considerate male UCSC student. Upstairs there is a large shared bathroom, shared kitchen for the whole house, entertainment common area w/TV, couches and a breakfast nook.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. One is at the front of the house and one at the back. There’s 2 bathrooms downstairs, one dedicated to each of the downstairs tenants. There’s also a garage which is used for shared storage. No cars park there, but some folks have bikes.

Conveniently located in the heart of Santa Cruz. Quick walk to: Downtown, Harbor, Boardwalk & Seabright Beach Shoppers Corner, Whole Foods Bus Lines a block in each direction to UCSC. Parking is never an issue.

The whole house is powered by a Solar photovoltaic electric system. It doesn’t change how you live in the home at all, but it’s nice to know that the energy you’re consuming is sustainable.

Downstairs tenants have a fridge and a wet bar, but also have access to the full kitchen facilities upstairs. This room has a dedicated bathroom with shower/tub.

About the roomies
Very quiet, chill and clean young professional housemates. Folks are welcome to have a friend or two over, but this NOT a party house! Overnight guests once in a while are fine.
