The Space
• Private bedroom in a shared house. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished.
• Shared bathroom
• Wood stove for heat
• Surrounded by 60 acres of redwood forest with private hiking trails right outside the front door
• Frequent wildlife sightings — deer, bobcats, turkeys, owls, and more…

Rent & Utilities
• First and last month’s rent required at move-in
• Utilities not included (shared among roommates)

Screening Process
To ensure a good fit and a safe, respectful home environment, all potential roommates will go through a simple vetting process:
• References: At least one past landlord reference, plus a professional or personal reference.
• Background check: A standard background check will be required.
• Proof of income: Recent pay stubs or employment verification to confirm ability to cover rent.
• Meet & greet: We’ll schedule a short interview to make sure lifestyles and expectations align.

• Move-in available January 18, 2026

• I’m a 33-year-old female working in Santa Cruz. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful. I share my home with two sweet cats and a small, friendly dog, so animal lovers are a must! Not open to adding more animals unfortunately.
