Private bedroom available in a small shared home in the lovely Seacliff beach neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk to Seacliff State Beach. Conveniently located off State Park Drive with an easy 15-minute commute to Santa Cruz or Watsonville. I’m a 59-year-old woman with a small, very friendly dog (pictured). The space is cozy, so I’m not able to accommodate another pet. Kitchen, bathroom, and appliances are shared. Rent is $1,650 per month with utilities included (within reason). Earliest move-in date is February 1st. I’m hoping to find a female roommate, preferably around my age, who is responsible, career-driven, and respectful of a shared space.
