We are a family home consisting of a married couple and 1 daughter who live at home. We live in a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a beautiful and spacious backyard. We are located walking distance to parks, the library, and the local downtown area of Willow Glen.

We are in search of a female working professional (preferable working out of the home). Female college students are also welcome to reach out for a showing. Must be comfortable with our black lab, Bo.

Newly renovated, fully furnished private upstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Queen sized bed, small couch and two side tables. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. This room is located upstairs in our main home. Tenant must enter and exit through our front door. Washing machine and dryer in garage. Ample street parking.

We are a hard working family, and ask to respect the quiet hours of 10 pm - 6 am. Due upon signed contract: first month, last month and deposit.
