The bedroom has a full bed, dedicated workspace with table and ergonomic chair, printer, closet, chest of drawers with mirror, and more.

Full access to all living areas, including front and back patio and yard. Grow your vegetables in the yard with auto watering. Currently, the fig tree and pomegranate are nearing fruits. The front yard has native plants and doesn’t use water.

We are moving out of the area and will keep two back rooms locked so you will have the house to yourself. The garage would have our stuff too, but you can access for washer/dryer.

You pay for the utilities, but we will pay for the high-speed internet. The electricity bill is very low due to solar panels.
