We are offering a private floor that is part of a 3-level house. This offer includes a private living room, a private kitchen, 2 private rooms, a bathroom, utilities, internet, parking, and a separate entrance. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished based on your preference.

Such a room with a private floor, private kitchen, and all other expenses covered, costs more than $1,900 in that area. However, we are offering an 80% discount!! in exchange for 15 weekly working hours to help with the house tasks

If you are looking to save a huge amount on the rent our offer can be a good fit even if you have a very busy schedule.
Here are some examples of the tasks we'll need help with: assistance with organizing, laundry, grocery shopping, and etc.

Our location is in North Los Altos, conveniently close to shopping areas, Palo Alto, and Mountain View.

Please note that we have pets (a cat and a dog) and do not permit smoking
