About the home: Located in a quiet, tucked-away residential neighborhood in west Campbell, 7-10 mins to downtown Campbell or downtown Los Gatos. Centrally located for dining out, groceries, coffee shops, gyms, parks, freeways, and anything else you’d like to access.

The home is multi-level flat with plenty of space to take in, and its fully remodeled, including kitchen, baths, floors, paint, etc. Modern, high-end appliances (Bosch, Miele, Samsung) throughout, and a partially private balcony with fire pit for relaxing, hanging out, or grilling. Surrounded by two large lots of gardens and some great neighbors!

Your Space: About 9’ X 15’ with a medium-sized window overlooking a large lot and garden with partial views of the Los Gatos mountains. New paint, floors, mirror closet doors, High ceilings (~15’) on one end of room. Morning sunlight and cool afternoons. Tall 15’ closet with new 8’ mirror closet doors, shelving, and rod. (Previous occupant had a queen bed, large sofa chair, dresser (pictured, optional), and personal items in room.)

About me: I’m a loving father of a kind, creative, and super fun (and funny) 10 year-old who’s with me several days a week. I’m a single professional who works full-time (off-site) and my own start-up in the health & wellness space in my spare time. I practice yoga and workout throughout the week, and lay pretty low 90% of the time; so I’m not home throughout the day during the week. I’m an avid MTB often ride after work during spring and summer; and snowboard in Tahoe during the winter a few times season. I also love traveling when work & life permits.

I’m down to earth, friendly, kind, respectful, fun, chill, and easy to get along with. I’m also very clean, organized and mostly quiet. I occasionally have family and friends over for special occasions, dinner, and summertime BBQ’s and gatherings. However, mostly it’s just my child and I relaxing at home and enjoying good convo, meals, board game, legos, book, and movies.

I value honesty, kindness, family time, and health-mindedness. I am seeking a housemate with a health-conscious lifestyle, someone who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, and only drinks alcohol recreationally/socially (no alcoholics!). Preferably someone who eats a healthy diet and doesn’t fry foods often.

My ideal housemate: You’re positive, mentally and physically conscious and healthy, respectful, honest, and clean. You speak English fluently so we can communicate about household matters and other things openly and clearly. You’d minimize visitors and overnight guests, but also comfortable enough to have them over from time to time. I’d also prefer someone who doesn’t work from home (WFH) or works a hybrid schedule of in-office, travel, and WFH. Someone who on occasion can enjoy a meal and glass of wine with us, friends, and our family! (The condo is NOT suitable for toddlers/elders as there are three flights of stairs in the unit.)
