Newly Furnished Room In 2 Bdrm 1.5 Bath Condo

Newly furnished Master bedroom with attached bathroom for your convenience, large mirrored closet, Double pane full sized window with lots of light. The full sized bathroom and half sized bathroom is shared ( My husband will primarily be using the full sized bathroom for showering only).WE PREFER FEMALE ROOMATE. Street parking. We are preferably looking for someone that doesn’t work or school from home full time. Sorry, no overnight guests. Occasional visiting guests are okay as long as long as we are notified of there visit.
Prefer 6 Month lease but can negotiate. Applicants need to provide proof of income, (monthly income requires at least 2x of the rent), have good standing credit and rental history, Please be prepared to show credit rating, employment and past rental references. If you are a full time student, then we will need proof of financial responsibility. Requires a $1000 security deposit upon move in (can be split up in two monthly payments. Move out requires 30 days prior notice otherwise lose security deposit. Room comes with small fridge, brand new twin sized bed frame w/headboard, ten inch memory foam mattress, one end table with lamp, study desk and chair with lamp, flower wall art. Utilities & Wi-Fi are includes with reasonable usage. Light cooking is allowed. Pets, smoking and drugs are not allowed. Space will be provided in the kitchen for your kitchen needs. You are welcome to relax in the common area with a 65 inch UHD TV that includes Netflix, Prime video and all the available streaming from Roku. There is a Barbeque and large patio area available for use as long as it is cleaned after used. Laundry is available once a week and if it is done on weekends, it will have to be coordinated. We have one cool male Tabby Cat that is friendly and mellow. Note: The pictures that are shown are model pictures of the condo. The common areas will be furnished differently.

About the roomies
My husband is a Contractor in the Automatic door business and I’m a registered Dental assistant. He works from home. We are an active couple that travels, e-bikers, do the beach etc. We are a pretty easy going couple.
