Roommate wanted- Summerland Beach House

Two bedrooms, two baths, oceanfront balcony — and a spot open for the right person.

We're a couple in our 30s, both professionals on a regular Monday–Friday schedule. We're looking for a roommate to share our home at 2404 Shelby Street in Summerland, a short walk from Summerland Beach.

**The space:**
- Your own bedroom (fully furnished) and **private bathroom**
- Oceanfront balcony
- Two living rooms — one upstairs, plus a converted garage lounge downstairs. Plenty of room to hang out together *or* have time to yourself
- Washer and dryer on site
- Small front yard with a jacuzzi (serviced regularly)
- A small, crate-trained dog who's part of the household

**Location:**
- 10 minutes north to downtown Santa Barbara
- 10 minutes south to Carpinteria

**About us:**
When we're not working, we're usually hiking, biking the beach, or taking weekend trips in our converted ambulance. We're easygoing and want our roommate to feel as at home here as we do.
