🏠 Room for Rent: Quiet Neighborhood
Rent: $900 per month, utilities included.
Space: One bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 3-bedroom stand-alone house.
Neighborhood: Quiet, established area of long-term residents.

Lease & Requirements
Security Deposit: A refundable $433 security deposit (against damage, not last month's rent) is due with the first month's rent.
Application Fee: $50 non-refundable fee for processing and background check, due upon submitting an application after viewing the room.
Screening:
No applicants with a conviction for violence or personal crimes (e. g., theft, fraud).
Strictly No problem drinkers or drug users. This is not a counseling environment.
Agreements: All accepted tenants must sign a lease with the property manager and a separate housemates agreement (available for review during your first visit). Lying on the application is legal cause for eviction.

Adding more than one person to room occupancy requires 1 and 1/3 of listed rent per person due to sharing house/bathroom/utilities.
