Room for Rent

We're looking for someone to join our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style apartment! The available bedroom is spacious and includes a large closet with plenty of storage space. The apartment is fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is unfurnished, so you can make it your own.
One of the best parts of living here is the location. We're just a 10-minute walk from the coast, with a beautiful nature trail right in our backyard that's perfect for walks, runs, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials are just minutes away, and UCSB is only about a 15-minute drive, offering a great balance of convenience and nature. We also have friendly, respectful neighbors who help make the community feel welcoming.
A little about us: we're a young couple of working professionals who enjoy a balanced, active lifestyle. My boyfriend works in construction and is also a high school football coach, and I am a personal trainer and a UCSB Psychology graduate. Outside of work, we enjoy golfing, hiking, spending time at the gym, relaxing at home, and making the most of our free time. We're more homebodies than partiers and prefer spending time with a small circle of close friends. We take pride in keeping our home clean, comfortable, and respectful, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
