Icon Apartments are Double Occupancy rooms adjacent to UCSB campus. Apartment consists of bedrooms. bathrooms. Ideal location to campus and minute walk to the beach. The Icon Apartment complex works in conjunction with UCSB student housing options, and this apartment space is designated of male gender per ICON policy. The apartment is easy access at ground level, full kitchen and two refrigerators. This unit is a shared bedroom (dorm style living) six occupants in total but has the flexibility of full kitchen and living room space. This will be a sublease from time of move in until end of August . We are offering a $ credit. Application approval is processed and managed through ICON apartment corp. The prescreen request is a formality to ensure first step approval before we ask the current tenants to help facilitate a viewing.
