Hello! I am looking for someone to join Jake & Collin in this wonderful house as I am moving in with my partner. I am sad to be leaving but happy someone else will get the opportunity to live here.

Room is available immediately! We would like a minimum commitment of 6 months - 1 year.

Room details - 167 sqft., 22 sqft walk in wardrobe & shared bathroom. Plenty of natural light. The room is unfurnished – but I am open to leaving my desk & wardrobe and a few other things.

The house is 1,613 sqft and is a beautiful space.

Currently two roommates:
Jake 31 - works in Stanford as a pharmacist.
Collin 29 - works at Zoox as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

We are looking for a young professional to share the property with us.

Cleaning - we have cleaners who come once a month. We like to keep the common area and garage well organized and clean.

Location - The house is located near the Atherton border on a sunny lot with a landscaped yard and gated courtyard. We are 5-10 minutes from Stanford, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Caltrain, with easy access to highways 101/280.

Amenities - New fireplace, appliances, washer and dryer, home gym (Squat rack, heavy bar and bumper plates up to 340 lbs) dumbbells (up to 50 lbs. per dumbbell), dishwasher, air fryer, surf boards, large garden space, vegetable patch, myers lemon tree, power washer, krk speakers in garage.

Jake has lived here for 5 years and I have lived here for 3 years. Collin recently moved in with us 6 months ago as Paul our previous roommate moved to San Francisco. The house is fully furnished (except for the room). There are some pieces of furniture in the room the new tenant can have if they want them. The house has a garage with lots of storage where I currently park my car. There is plenty of free, safe street parking right in front of the house as well. We split an additional $300-450 a month for utilities depending on time of year (water, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, garbage, monthly cleaning).
