We are in search of 2 new housemates for our beautiful home with a pool in Millbrae! The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an open living room layout! For either room, you will share the bathroom with 1 other person.
About the lease: Available for move-in as soon as March 23. Ideally looking for someone who's interested for at least a year but we're flexible. Deposit is about equal to your rent. Utilities tend to be about $100-150 per month. We also hire cleaners every 2 weeks to clean the common areas and even clean your own room if you'd like. There's free parking on the street.
About the housemates: There are 5 housemates (including me), a mix of men and women in their mid-20s to early-30s. We are all good friends who have lived each other for a while and are respectful of each other's space. We enjoy cooking, hiking, going out with friends, and traveling.
