Room for Rent (Pacifica)

Eaves Apartments, a beautiful and peaceful apartment complex in Pacifica, CA.

I am a 29-year-old female looking into moving out after a year and a half of living with my 31-year-old roommate/friend, and currently looking for someone to take my place. My roommate has a very loving and sweet, spayed female pitbull, who has social anxiety but warms up quite fast (especially to women). We are both generally pretty quiet and work a lot (roommate works full-time in Santa Clara), so sometimes she is at work more than she’s at home. We are also very clean, and your room will for sure be nice and clean once you move in (I am quite OCD so this is guaranteed, lol).

We are currently on a lease which ends on January 31, 2025. Move in date will be July 1st, which would make this a 7-month sublease (an extension/renewal is possible if agreed upon by you and roommate in the future).

A convenient parking spot is available and already included in the monthly rent. If parking isn’t needed, $107 can be deducted from the rent, which would lower your portion to $1,494 a month. This apartment complex includes laundry rooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and Amazon lockers for safe and secure package deliveries.

Apartment is located right next to 2 gas stations, a Seven Eleven, and a plaza with Safeway, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, a liquor store, nail salon, and some restaurants (walking distance, right across the street). Nearby access to all major freeways, Skyline Dr, and Hickey Blvd. Serramonte mall is 7 minutes away, Skyline College is 9 minutes away, SF State is 13 minutes away, and SFO is 15 minutes away.
