Located a couple blocks away from Grand Ave in downtown South San Francisco, this 2 bed/1 bath apartment is within walking distance of a ton of different local restaurants and shops (the local butcher shop is awesome), about a 15-minute drive from any essential stores, an 8 min walk from a Caltrain station, a 5-min drive to the biotech complex on Oyster Point Blvd, 10 min from the airport (with traffic), and 20 mins to the city. Honestly it's pretty convenient.

It's a second-floor apartment with a shared bathroom that has just been completely renovated, so everything in the apartment is basically brand new. Your room is about 10x10 with a large closet with a built-in organizer, and you would be the first person living in it since the renovation. As far as amenities go, the apartment comes with free off-street parking, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, heating, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a small storage closet outside, some nice neighbors, and an enclosed patio open to all 4 units in the building. We'd be sharing 1 parking space FYI but we can figure it out.
