My roommate and I currently live in a 2bd/1ba townhome that is a 10-minute walk from campus. Our monthly rent is $3,500, and each room pays $1,750 ($875 per person). Both rooms are made for 2 people to live in comfortably but 1 person can live in the room if they wanted to. Move-in would be either the last week of August or September 1, but we can be flexible. The only utility we pay as tenants is electricity, there is a washer and dryer on site, free street parking, and 1 available space in the unit parking lot.
