Room for Rent with Family. 750 All Utiities Inc

Hello and thanks for checking out our room offering. We are a family of 5 renting out our downstairs room starting between June 15th and July 1st. Our current roommate is moving out for an internship in Texas(shes been an awesome roommate). Single occupancy onlu. It's on a separate floor. You have your own room and bathroom. The room does not include the mini fridge, night stand from the picture but it can include a small bed. We would like to find a roommate who would enjoy being a part of our home and not just a roommate that we coexist with if that makes sense. Please tell us a bit about yourself in your response and why you think it would be a good fit. Our home also has access to a lounge that has fire pits a bbq etc to use.

About us: We are an active family of 5. Spend a lot of times outdoors. Fitness/sports we do often. Our house is up early so if you are a late sleeper this is probably not the home for you as you will hear us from upstairs. We go to SLO City Church. Our kids are 15, 12, and 8. We have a dog but don't want any more at the house. But if you like dogs you are welcome to take ours for walks anytime. We enjoy doing outdoor movies. We hit the beach quite a bit. Honesty, fun, respect, and compassion are values we like to focus on in our home.

Best Fit for our home. Somebody who enjoys kids. Somebody who does not have overnight guests. Somebody who likes the outdoors/fitness. Would enjoy eating dinner with us sometimes. You don't mind kids making noise because they definitely do. Our kids are nice and respectful but certainly enjoy playing around the house and making some noise. Somebody who keeps similar hours as we do. Somebody who is fairly clean and organized as we try and do the same at our house. Somebody who is relaxed and enjoys having fun.

What wont work here: pets, overnight guests, partying.

Also we received a ton of interest last time we posted this room so I will likely not get back to everyone quickly but I will try to get back to everybody within a week. Thank you
