Room in a fully furnished house, ideal for a serious student or working professional. The bedroom comes unfurnished but there is a wall-mounted TV.

Shared bathroom with one other person.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware and cooking utensils. Shared pantry space.

Washer and dryer in garage. Off-street parking.

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to Laguna Lake and a shopping center with a Grocery Outlet, CVS, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. A five minute drive to Costco, Homegoods, Home Depot, etc. A short, easy drive to Cal Poly University, and about a 15 minute drive to Cuesta College.
Current residents are two females. There is also a 13-year-old Golden Retriever who is very friendly and well behaved.

One roommate owns a wedding cake business and the other works for Animal County Services. Looking for someone who is quiet, clean, responsible and doesn't bring any drama! :)

The lease would be for one year with the option to renew.
