Furnished Room Available in my Bedroom (story) occupied home, by YMCA (SLO). Safe, quiet area. Looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful individual to fill a third furnished bedroom in my home. This is close to the YMCA, Sinshiemer pool and park area. Located close to Laurel Lane, a coffee house, and Mexican restaurant. All common areas are already furnished, as is the bedroom. Coed living environment, both current renters working full time, with clean bath & kitchen habits. Room is private, full bathroom shared between two people only Rent is $month due on the st of each month. Utilities are flat rate $ each month. Security deposit $. month or year lease. There are no guests allowed (I am renting to you not your friends), and no pets allowed. We have one ESA animal living here If interested, please send an email containing a brief introduction about yourself and what you do with work or school schedule, and include your sleeping schedule. To move forward: fill out pre screener that has been sent to you, we will schedule a home viewing in person, a room compatibility sheet will need to be filled out at that time, and the final step would be application to rent.
