Full bathroom shared between two of the renters only, So whomever is in this bedroom and then the other renter. (So, two persons sharing only). Up to three persons max living in this home at all times. Two persons may not share "one room".

Home is in a safe neighborhood, is twostory, with one ESA living on premise, and home is COED environment.
