Only 20-30 minutes from San Luis Obispo & Santa Maria.. Beautiful State Parks and hiking around.
No smoking, pets, overnight guests, rude or loud behavior, drugs, partying, weapons. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Respectful of each others security and privacy. Tenet will be mindful of excess electricity and water usage. Background checks will be given, References needed. Firm. *The Studio will be professionally cleaned and painted.
